“The property was easy to find, communication was good, and the location worked well for our needs, with a quick drive into Inverness. Street parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. The shower had only fair to low water pressure. The biggest issue was the beds. Each bedroom had two very narrow beds that felt smaller than……

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and……

“Beautiful “out of the city” home. Coming from rural Canada, this was just the right place for us. Everything we needed and you just can’t beat the view. If we are ever back this way, we will book this VRBO again and maybe stay longer.”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is located in a town that has a lot to see and do.”

“Fantastic place to stay in Inverness. Super close to amenities and just out side of town. Lots of space and excellently furnished ”

“House was reasonably clean and well appointed and comfortable. Poor communication from property as to how to check in, which house we were staying at etc.Thankfully the family staying on the other side helped us out. A bit of a far walk from city centre, but doable.”

“Such a beautiful apartment. Very spacious, beautiful decor & cozy. Location is walking distance to the center of Inverness & local grocery store. Sylvia is so sweet & made our stay special with all her communication, snacks & everything thing you would need in a home away from home. Hope to return in the near future.”

“TravelNess Apartment was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and the apartment was nicely decorated for the occasion. It was warm inside when we opened the door. The bedding was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were spacious & perfect for a large family. We were very grateful for the heated clothes drying rack so we could wash & dry our clothes quickly. The breakfast provided was perfect for a quick morning- the……

“Would have liked if the owner met with us when we got to the house to explain some things. Specifically, that the water heater and the heating were pre-programmed and what that meant.”
