“Great location clean and comfortable ”

“Upon arrival, I was told that I had received an “upgrade” because my originally booked room did not have a pool view. Unfortunately, this so-called upgrade quickly turned into a major disappointment. When I entered the room, I was shocked by its condition. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bed linen was dirty, and the entire room looked worn out and poorly maintained. “Comme d'habitude un séjour excellent au royal. Chambre spacieuse vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner excellent même si le buffet est supprimé suite à la situation actuelle. Les soins au sport sont top. La piscine très propre et la salle de sport face à la mer est très agréable.”

I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust.
