“This is an amazing updated rental! My family was pleasantly impressed with all the small details that have been thought out on things that any one group might need during their stay. The location is perfect for anything you would like to see and do. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning in the backyard! Very quiet area with friendly neighbours. Would definitely stay at this location again if available. I’m going to guess this will become a popular unit and will book fast.”

“This property was adequate and in a lovely spot.Unfortunately, the oven did not work, which limited our cooking meals there.Also, we had an elderly parent with us, and the steps into cottage had no railing.The cottage would also benefit from extra blankets for the cooler weather.”

“Great stay. The location is perfect - walking distance to Glen Arbor, Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail but feels so secluded and peaceful! The house is cute, cozy, clean and had every amenity we needed for 6 of us on a girls’ weekend. We were treated to amazing fall colors and perfect weather and we loved relaxing by the fireplace. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We were sorely disappointed in this property. The smell of mildew was overpowering when we stepped into the home. We tried airing it out and using air fresheners but nothing worked for the entire week we were there. The home is an old vacation type with mismatched decor and tired fixtures. Dead bugs on the bed covers. Mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. Had to wash all dishes and silverware before use. Floors were uneven and sloping. TV was very small. Towels were old and……
