The breakfast spread was also pretty basic, but surprisingly quite good.
The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner.

“Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent.
