“We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.”

“Clean and freshly renovated. Room was not fully stocked at arrival - had coffee but no coffee cups and no light bulbs in the lamps -but once that was sorted was a peaceful restful stay. Spa staff are great and had a fantastic massage. Will be great when they reopen the restaurant but nice kitchen amenities to prepare own breakfast. Definitely a great place for a great price and walking distance to the outlets and all the restaurants and a grocery across the street. Highly recommend. You……

“Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable et reposant. Les équipements extérieurs (piscine, et spa extérieurs) n’étaient pas disponibles pendant notre séjour, mais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et sauna intérieur, qui étaient très calmes. Nous nous sommes reposés dans un des salons à l’étage du Hartford pendant l’après-midi et c’était très bon. Il y a même plusieurs jeux de société pour passer un moment agréable. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps !”

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from.……

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.”

“The room was beautiful and perfect for couples looking to relax and enjoy nature. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always doing their best to help. The only downside was that the bed was not really queen size as expected. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay”
