“整間飯店的人員很友善 服務非常好，洗衣品質佳 SPA也不錯，對街的按摩技術更好 離庫塔海灘很近 如果要ㄧ日遊可以請飯店安排 免費早餐還好，但是付費餐廳的食物很好吃 吹風機的風不大，蓮蓬頭的水很小建議改善”

“We have stayed at The Stones many times and would go back again. The location is great (the beach out the front is fabulous, a short walk to Garlic Lane for shopping and lots of cafes and places within a short walk). In the hotel the pool area is fabulous, but there are only a restricted amount of pool chairs so its first in which often results in missing out. The spa area needs prompt fixing as its not working properly. Breakfast is fabulous with loads of choices and good coffee and fresh……

“This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. ”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……
