“Great”

“This is an Old Florida property that has nice old Florida style appeal and is pleasant. It appears they are doing some renovations as painting but it also needs some modern up grades and it could be a very nice nostalginc place to stay. But right now it was a good value stay for the price.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by our upgrade. The cafe onsite is beyond amazing.”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“My only complaints center around air conditioning. The window unit was not strong enough to cool down the room quickly nor effectively, leading to my 2nd thing that bothers me. When we opened the door to our room at 9pm it was stifling hot, it took hours to even slightly cool down. I don't understand why you wouldn't go in earlier in the day at least and turn the unit on. That said, room was clean and the check in lady was very friendly.”

“The condo was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The parking situation is not ideal but all and all our stay was great. ”

“While the house is not on the river, it's very close. River access is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of places to relax. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay again.”
