“I stayed in Lexington for a week for my son’s surgery. This house had everything I needed. A nice back yard for my dog to romp and play. Close proximity to food and medical center Will definitely be back”

“We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a nice historic neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. It was clean and the space was great for hanging out and enjoying our time together. A couple of issues: the shower in the main bedroom was hard to operate and the water pressure was low. We all used the hall bathroom for showers. Also worth noting, the pictures on the website do not match the current decor. However, overall, it was great for our visit.”

“We decided to stay in Lexington due to things we planned to do before going to the Oaks and Derby. The house is very clean and just like the pictures. It’s close to stores and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also appreciated the use of the garage. Would recommend staying here.”

“This house is perfect no matter what your plans. Centrally located, it’s close to UK, short drive to Keenland or Rupp Arena. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was fenced which was a bonus, as my big lab travels with me. I slept like a rock, so I give A+ for the mattress. Allen was a wonderful host, answering e mails promptly. When in Lexington, I’ll always check for availability here. Highly recommend.”

“The house and farm are beautiful! Everything is neat and clean; and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. And Julia is the absolute best host! Great communication; Fully stocked refrigerator and pantry, including homemade chocolate chip cookies and so many other “extras”!! Even helped arrange a last minute awesome tour at a local stallion farm on Derby weekend. The best VRBO stay ever!”

“We had a wonderful time at the house. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. We had a great vacation. However, a few things could have made it more enjoyable. We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining on Thanksgiving, Mark did come out on Friday morning & wasn’t able to fix. He stated that he called a plumber, being the holiday no one came out. That was the last I heard from the host. Not having a useable kitchen sink made meal prep extremely difficult. We had to buy……
