Staff service was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was spectacular and the portion was perfect. You may listen noise at night because it is too close to the highway, but in general it’s a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was just ok, but fine for one night. Certain small things need to be fixed in the room. Bed was comfortable, AC was average.

Too isolated. If anything was to happen or you have a question, you are alone. We spoke to the Manager about arranging a cab to the airport at 5:30am. She assured us she would arrange with 'their most reliable driver' we would be picked up outside the hotel. Spoke 2X to her about it. At 5:45am we were still standing outside in the dark waiting for our cab. She did not respond to our WhatsApp message. By 6:00am we were asking anyone who walked by the hotel to help us and call us a cab. We were the last people to check-in for our flight. Bed was comfortable. Dogs in adjacent property bark all day and night. Room was clean. Hotel is 'under construction'.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE
I try not to write a negative review on a hotels. Even if the service was bad, I think maybe they had a bad day, or not enough staff. But with this hotel I will give them the worst review I can imagine. Online it looks good, and it said it was a home feeling. But it was the worst mistake for my family of five. 1- they never gave us breakfast, even though online said free breakfast 2- we had to pay $20 US, for the shuttle for my family for a 10 minute ride. I go to the owner and said to her there’s supposed to be a free shuttle. We have no shuttle we depend on other services to get you there. She said I’m sorry 😢 I was mad because her sorry is not fixed me paying for something that every hotel gives for free. 3- no towels in the hotel, just one hand towel. 4- No shampoo 5- No microwave 6- No mini fridge We had a one (1) air conditioner for a two bedroom and a kitchenette We also asked for a cot for my son and we were told that would be an additional $20USD EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE

You must be aware this is not an honest customer and he is writing no with a positive intention. The services he mention we did not provide him are note and specified in the reservation platform. He reserve for 4pax sneak 5 people in the room and we expecting not To be charge. Our place were full To be able To provide a extra space for him. Breakfat starts at 7am.We help him as much we could with his demands even tour him around the área when other Service provider reject him. I dont think It was us having a bad day. We were very happy and welcoming To our guest . It is a shame there is not a chance To review our customers as well, because this is a customer To be aware of.

The AC works well, you will get cold if you put it too low. The sheets seemed to have some lint and tiny hairs on them so i dont know if there hasn't been anyone to stay in that room a while or what but it was something i noted. The wifi did not work so well. We didn’t get service in our room unless we stood right next to our door, where there was a router on the top of the other side. Even in the lobby we did not have wifi. The area is kind of out there, not much near by. There weren't many people staying in the hotel, we may have been the only ones. But there is a cafe in the hotel open until 4, and there is a buffet, a 10 minute walk away. The people who owned the hotel were very sweet and lovely and spoke some English. The food for breakfast was delicious and the watermelon smoothie was super tasty. Overall, good stay the people were very helpful in getting us our taxi to the airport and the food was amazing.

Perfect hotel for those going to tourist
Nice and close to airport which was nice as our flight came in at 10 pm. Hotel caters to the residents. Breakfast is great and comes with beverage, even if its made while you wait. Oh and the pineapple smoothies... are fabulous. A must have, or two or three.

Booked this because of nearness to the airport. Our room was very spacious and clean! Towels were a bit thin, like microfibre. The address was difficult to find as spelling was different than what our taxi driver had. The name of the café is what we should have used. Café and coffee downstairs in the morning was wonderful! Café staff very friendly! Would pick a hotel with shuttle next time, but the price was great here!

The check-in didn’t go as smooth as expected as communication from the United States did not go through for the property owner to be there when we arrived and for us to have food from their café, waiting for us as offered. But she came soon after, and all went well ultimately.

I stayed 1 night and hotel was fine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and free breakfast was delicious. It is not a long stay hotel unless you have a car as it is a distance from everything.

Una mala experiencia para nuestra familia.
No volvería, nos cambiaron la habitación a última hora a pesar de que claramente reservamos la cantidad de camas requeridas para mi esposa, los niños y yo, nos enviaron al piso 4 a subir maletas y no tienen ascensor ni personal que ayude a subir nuestras cosas. La chica de la recepción no estaba y hasta el día de hoy no la conozco, únicamente por teléfono.Tuvimos que pagar en otro hotel más caro bajo la promesa de un reembolso que hasta el momento no me ha llegado. Fue una mala experiencia, no volveríamos jamás.

El señor no se quedó con nosotros, a pesar de la asistencia que se le brindó y la solución que se le brindó. Cuesta con placer a este tipo de personas, por lo que decidimos hacerle su reembolso y dejarlo ir, no es tampoco un cliente que deseamos en casa.

The worst motel I’ve ever stayed
We only stayed there for 1 night. Didn’t sleep at all because this hotel is right by the side of the street, you hear all the traffic and chickens, dogs all night long. A/C was not strong. One of the rooms only had a fan. We had problems with the A/C remote control and the WIFI. Luckily the hotel owner was there and was able to solve the problems for us. Rooms have no blackout curtains, so not only you hear all the noise, you see all the head/tail lights from vehicles passing by flashing in the rooms. There is a coffee shop downstairs, but we left too early and didn’t try it.

1 night stay for airport travel
If you are looking for a bed with air conditioning near the hotel this place will do. Clean and private. Breakfast from the cafe was the best part of my stay. Do make sure to get in contact with hostess before leaving wifi service. I arrived just prior to 8pm. No hostess and building was locked. with no sim card or wifi and had to ask my taxi driver (in poor spanish) to call the phone number and ask how to get in. The wifi was not working in my bedroom.it only worked in the hallway. There was no comfort items like filtered water to drink, or soap to wash hands.

Never was able to check in as reception was unavailable and unable to be found. Stopped by twice and used private instructions to access a security box for a key of which was not there. Unsure if I was scammed or not, but the facility seemed nice from when I was trying to find a single staff member.

Upon arrival there were many bugs in our room. It was very unsettling to sleep. The property manager did respond with a partial refund for the inconvenience.

I love the little balcony off the room with the large windows, and the air conditioning was great after almost two weeks without any. The room needed some maintenance, and I did not see any smoke detector. There was also some confusion the next day with transportation. I was supposed to get airport shuttle included, but when they called the taxi, the taxi was not aware of it. It took some doing, but they got it straightened out.

This property is still being updated but well on its way. The manager was fabulous. The room was bright and airy. Very comfortable. I was told they are planning many updates such as coffee maker and mini fridge in the rooms. However, is a very cozy wonderful place. I would recommend.

We stayed in the room that was several flights up and there's no elevator so there may be accessiblity issues. However, it's very convenient because the property is on the main road in Liberia so less than 10 mins from the airport and there's a shopping center that's walkable. It's perfect for a short term stay. Karina is a wonderful host and the food at the restaurant is delicious.
