「En la habitación se escuchaba demasiado ruido desde la calle en la noche y muy temprano en la mañana, también no estaba funcionando el bar del rooftop, todo lo demás suuper bien, Jonel en recepción es excelente!」

「Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.」

「Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.」

「The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms. The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed...
