“The room was decent and a good place to lay my head as I was passing through.”

“Everyone was friendly and the breakfast had a variety of selections. The beds and especially the pillows were uncomfortable which gave a crappy nights sleep. The showers/tubs need updated and there was hair in the shower. One other bother was hearing the people above us walk around until 2am.”

“Clean rooms with a mostly friendly staff who have a great attitude. The breakfast scrabbled eggs were okay but their bacon was horrible! Their hot coffee had several choices from regular to lattee coffee. They have a nice pool off the lobby. What's great is the water purifier machine off the first floor. It was nice and quiet on the third floor.”

“This is an “all in one” place to stay. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained with WiFi easily available. A large convenience store is on site. Fuel is also on site. Other amenities are also available. The staff was courteous and easily available. Vivec, who was responsible for the rooms, asked to be sure everything was good with our stay and asked for any recommendations for improvements. Would definitely stay at this facility again.”

“Staff person at check in was not friendly; gave no details about breakfast hours or anything. I asked for the nearest pharmacy and was told there was one in Middlebury, not very helpful. I had requested low mobility room, was put on 2nd floor and no elevator.”

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

“There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never……
