“We loved our stay here, the sauna was such a treat. The container rooms felt very private and we had plenty of space for us! The beds were incredibly comfy. It was great to be able to make use of the cooking facilities in central house and the staff were always friendly and helpful. ”

“room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.”

“房間衛生還算可以。但可以再好一點。因為浴缸找到頭髮。硬件比較舊。但是非常近雪場。整天在外滑雪，只在房間睡覺，其實也沒有什麼大問題。”

“Yoko is a nice person. She will recommend which is good place for dinner and also suggest the route for us. The villa had beautiful view. The house was big same with the photo. Also, we can have a spa in the villa. At last ,we forgot to bring something to leave,Yoko is really nice .She send us email and ask us which day we want to come to get back it. This 2days1night was really perfect .Thank you .”

“I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am.”
