“Clean New hotel. Room/bed was fine. Good location for me; decent free continental breakfast. Overall pleasant experience; fair price. I’d definitely stay again. Food and shopping nearby. Great simple basics you need in a hotel stay if you don’t require fancy!”

“I booked online with Hotels.com When I got to the hotel I started unpacking my car and was met by a gentleman that asked me if I was checking in, He told me the hotel was all booked for the night. I was confused because he looked like a hotel guest who was just hanging outside for the evening since he had a case of beer and was wearing a sweat suit and slides. However he told me he was housekeeping. I explained that I had already paid and booked my room. We walked inside to get more……

“Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future.”

“This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced.
