“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“We know Limassol well as we are of Cypriot descent and have holidayed in Limassol many times. This was our first experience at Bayview Gardens and i must say it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, close to the coastal road and highway. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. Very clean, modern and tastefully furnished/decorated to a high standard. Daily cleaning, bed linen/towel change was a fantastic service. All mod cons for an easy self catering holiday home……
