「The kitchen was well equipped , but lacked a dinner plate. The condo slept 8, but there was only 7 matching plates. We had to scrub clean the rail going upstairBecause of all the dirt on it. There was not enough hot water for sll people to shower. Only 2 short showers. Before the water was luke warm.」

「The views were amazing, but this rental is neither ADA nor wheelchair accessible. Also, being asked to strip the sheets to find no mattress pad and a very stained mattress. Very gross! We won’t be staying here again.」

「Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the first floor. We enjoyed the balconies, and it's a great location -- close to historic Newport and the sea lions,...

「The place was pretty dirty when we arrived, visible urine under the beds that wasnt from my dogs as I saw it there when we 1st arrived, and when I cleaned it up myself, the floors were very filthy. The view was nice, and amenities were alright. Could improve adding a dishwasher and some "dog towels" to use to clean up dog paws, or have an entrance rug and the back sliding door. All interactions with the host were good.」
