「I recently stayed at a hotel in Boston with a bay view. The location of the hotel was great, and it was easy to communicate with the staff. However, I found that the building and room were starting to look tired and could use some updating. On the positive side, there were plenty of things to do in the area, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, the hotel's location and communication were excellent, but improvements could be made in terms of the building and room condition.」
