「A family of 5, we were given a very small 2 bed caravan, 1 double 1 twin room The third bed was in the seating area which was broken. The bed was stuck as someone had bent the metal bars so we couldn’t use it. My daughter had to sleep on a made up bed on the floor as the park was ‘full’ and nothing else was available.
