「對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多」

「We arrived on a cold day and shown to our room ! The room was cozy and large bathroom with a large bath … ( A shower would have been more suitable ) We stayed for a pre - booked meal which was very tasty and warming too along with a lovely glass of house red wine . The dining experience was candlelit which set the scene! The breakfast provided was very nice with a selection of cereal and yogurts and fruit juice and bread for toasting with butter and jams together with tea coffee or hot...

「Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.」

「All fine」

「The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.」

「I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite.」

「Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.」

「Staff are very good」

「What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable.」

「The location is out in the fens and quite remote making it extremely peaceful. The only diabetics to my stay was the temperature of the room which barely got above 16 degrees despite the electric radiator being on. 」
