“It was great loved the property the pool was cold but only because we came at the beginning of may”

“Our group loved the area for this years annual golf trip. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of room for our 12 person group! The house is equipped with pool and hot tub and plenty of beds for many guests/kids as well. It’s also located very close to bars and restaurants which we ubered to each night. Loved the area and would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“The biggest challenge we had was no lights on when we arrived and dealing with getting a code since “Avant” computer didn’t assign us one. The agent didn’t speak English well who was assisting and was convinced we were at the wrong house because she had the wrong reservation she was looking at. We stood outside in the dark in cold rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the code. Place was well supplied. They had a complete set of kitchen pots/pans/anything you would need. “Outstanding little place to stay!! Ms. Denise is an incredibly warm and friendly manager!! Very sweet lady!! No dishes or cookware, which was my only disappointment. You download an app to pay for laundry. (Currently $3) Still, it was better equipped than most m/hotels I've stayed in. I appreciated the full size stove, full size fridge/freezer, the central air and the furniture. And, oooooooh THE WATER PRESSURE!! Shower is a bit cramped, but that water felt SOOOOOO good!!
