“The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite.”

“Country setting just outside of town. Girls weekend to attend Trade Days and it was exactly what we wanted! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the small lake, games inside during a storm, it was great! Rebooked for next year!”

Quiet streets and trails, great for walking and everything you need is at the cabin. The host are phenomenal!!!”

“The owners of this property are SO helpful, accommodating, and are so quick to respond to your messages and questions. The cabin is so cute and quaint, and has all you'll need for your stay. The pig sanctuary is right across from the cabin, and they really take the time to introduce you to the "residents", (they know all of them by name, and there's over 100 of them!),answer questions, and let you interact with the animals...who LOVE belly rubs, btw! My daughter and I had the BEST time, and……

“We lacked for nothing.The beds were very comfortable and having separate bathrooms was great. All the comforts of home and then some. The enclosed back porch was our favorite hangout at night. It was exactly all we needed and I would rent Hank’s Hideaway again.”

“Such a great hidden gem! Like others, online pictures do not sue it justice. Three bed rooms were large and comfortable but the master is massive! Nice are for kids to play and sleep in loft. Fishing, canoeing was a fav along with sitting in porch in rockers. We had a fire each night too! Great olace!”

“It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back.”

“Had a girls trip to the country to relax and it was every bit of what we wanted. Feeding cows, playing with goats, fishing and PARKER! He was the sweetest dog. Perfect description. The Gomez Family are great. Communication is great super friendly. No complaints. I will definitely be bringing my family back.THANK YOU!!”

“Jan was a perfect host! She made sure all of our needs were met and even brought us Strawberry Cheesecake dessert! It was storming very badly the day we were to leave and Jan sent us a text to extend our stay if needed because of the weather. That was so nice because i was not sure we were going to make the 11am check out time with tornados in the area.”

“This is a great place for two to getaway and relax. It rained for most of our stay, but we made the most of it hanging out on the front porch under the trees and watching movies late into the night. It is very quiet and has a secluded feel even though there are other cabins nearby. We'll be back.”

“Our cabin was cozy and comfy. It rained our entire stay which was a bummer so we couldn’t explore the property, kayak, or enjoy the hot tub. Really hope to visit during better weather in the future. Kevin was super helpful making sure we could get connected to the TV properly so we could cheer on our Rangers! Would love to see brighter lighting for reading, a tiny table on the side of the bed opposite the window, and a covered hot tub. That last one is a big ask I know but we could have enjoyed……

“I chose this property because of the great reviews. The amenities offered for my children and grandchildren were also important in my decision. Upon rental and before we arrived prompt communication with the owner was very much appreciated. Instructions for home entry, parking, etc were very clear. This house is in a beautiful, quiet community. There was plenty of room inside this large house. The outdoor amenities made it easy to sit and look at the night sky where the stars really are big and……

“My sweet man and I took our first little R&R trip together here. It was a little bit of off season time so the grounds had a lot of dead foliage on the little trails on the property. But that was expected. It was peaceful & would go back again. Great quick getaway! ”
