Apt. In Lisbon 316 - Martim Moniz

Apartment 316 is located in Martim Moniz, a few meters from the square. Tram 28 stop is 250 meters away, but from here you can walk to the most important sights.
The apartment is on a 2nd floor without elevator. It has 60m2 and includes: - living room with dining and living rooms - one bedroom with double bed - one bedroom with two single beds - kitchen equipped with washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, small appliances such as coffee maker and utensils - bathroom and shower
Good to know: - free WiFi - air conditioning - the famous tram 28 stop is 250 meters away - Martim Moniz metro station is 300 meters away - a baby cot can be provided but inform in advance
This is a licensed local accommodation registered with Turismo de Portugal (38450 / AL).
House rules- no parties- no smoking inside- the apartment must be left in good condition- quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Neighbors must be respected.
Check In and Check Out Check in time is after 4PM and check out by 11AM at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation. Upon availability, we are flexible with these times.

Legislation Under the law, we are required to report their stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF), so all guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.

In de winter koud

Op zich is het appartement in orde. Alle beloofde voorzieningen zijn er, behalve de Airco werkt niet. In de winter wordt de airco gebruikt als verwarming. Dus als die niet werkt is het verschrikkelijk koud binnen. Het gebouw ligt net buiten de "chique" wijk met vooral Aziatische winkels.

Nice size clean unit with easy access to downtown and Alfama district

Clean attractive unit with two separate bedrooms. A bit noisy on the street below but being on second floor helped (but no lift!). We arrived very early after an overnight flight and the rental agent personnel (Pamela and Ana Cristina) stored our luggage, then helped us move it from their office to the flat. We greatly appreciated their assistance. Unit had travel guides in English and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch! Although it is not in the main tourist areas, it is very close and an easily walk (assuming you like the Lisbon hills.
