「We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. 」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「From check-in to check-out via breakfast and dinner, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy. 2 night stay in which the 2nd night was a bit noisier but nothing verging on causing a disturbance. Ideal location for city centre and for the University, where we had a concert on the saturday night. Food was fairly priced and extremely tasty. 」

「Lovely, clean, quiet, and spacious courtyard double room with a patio. Staff very polite and professional. Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items. The spa and leisure facilities were perfect and my full body aromatherapy massage treatment was so relaxing. The hotel's little touches were so thoughtful, for example the umbrellas dotted...

「Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice. 」

「Totally surprised how nice the room was in the Stag. Room was immaculate, everything worked, cleaned and replenished with tea/coffee and biscuits, bed made and clean towels, Yes!!! Every day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, if I wanted anything it was given and more without question. The location was great for getting into Wroxham and for driving elsewhere. Thank you for our lovely week to all the staff. 」
