“I’ve stayed here several times, I like this hotel. What I noticed this time is how clean my room was, particularly the bathroom. It’s odd to have a bathroom that clean. Good job. One thing, I did call the restaurant numerous times, no one answered, so I had to order delivery through Uber eats. ”

“I checked out the day before, and the guy at the front desk did not refund me saying that I made the reservation with Travelocity and that it was out of his hands. I asked him to give me a receipt with the date of the checkout and he said he couldn't do that. I asked him to print his name, sign, and write the date I was checking out and he said he couldn't do that. He is stealing money from me.”
