“Wonderful views of the mountains! We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was accommodating and friendly and answered all our questions promptly. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. About a mile outside the village, we hiked to Roaring Forks waterfall, which was beautiful and an easy hike. We drove to Mt. Mitchell and ate a delicious meal overlooking the valley. If you want to find a quiet and relaxing place, this is it!! One caveat-the drive is challenging on 80, so get there……

“Just a fantastic property. We had a great time enjoying the creek, gardens and deck outdoors. Indoors the house is made for relaxing, reading and conversation. Just a beautiful place inside and outside. So many great places to visit nearby we plan to come back to do more!”

“We (me, husband and 10 yr old) stayed for 3 days for my husband's birthday. This little rental was perfect! It was clean and welcoming. There were extra amenities like snacks, toiletries and other items we've normally always brought ourselves to rentals. You were within walking distance of 2 restaurant, a coffee shop/book store and a few other kitche shops. It was a great location to stay!”
