“Room was spacious, cool decor and in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but that's not what we came for. It is the one of the oldest hotels in Florida so it has a ton of character. ”

“Wonderful place that makes you feel at home! Beautiful rooms, located within walking distance to shopping, the river, and fantastic restaurants. Our hostess was so accommodating, she provided amazing breakfasts and afternoon snacks and wine. We will return!”

“We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”
