“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a……

“Good place to stay near Mayo Clinic”

“There was no cold water in the sink nor the shower, this should be corrected asap. Phone and side tables needed a cleaning. Staff was very helpful and nice.”

“I wondered if our stay would live up to all the great reviews, and it definitely did. The room was spacious and immaculate.”

“The hotel looks like the photos, but it is noticeably old and worn down. The entrance smelled like sewage, and the building had a musty odor. The elevator is very old and makes concerning noises, and there was hair in the shower area when we arrived. The breakfast options were very limited; however, the food was tasty. Overall, the property needs updates and better maintenance.”

“Asked where could eat, they didn’t mention a Wendy’s right next door? Could have cleaned in corners bit better, loved lamps, every thing was pretty nice, breakfast was good, loved eggs done as triangle omelettes, always like crisp bacon. The coffee machine was excellent!!!”

“While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up. We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future.”
