"Great location but very hard to find and check in, had to wait in a carline to get a pass to park before I could even check in. Bed was comfy, but did find some left over blueberries in the mini fridge. It was a super convention location for attending a concert at Everbank, we were able to take the Water Taxi. For that reason alone, I would stay there again to attend another concert. "

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic except the bed. We had the king size bed, the pillows were small and very uncomfortable, every morning we woke up it was nothing but aches and pains. This was our second time staying here and the first time the beds were uncomfortable and the second time it seemed worse. "The young gentleman at the front desk was a 10 in hospitality. He made us feel so welcome and happy to be there. The room was clean and crisp and the breakfast offering was the best we have ever experienced. The girl who ran the breakfast was amazing and helpful. Everyone was very service-oriented, and after traveling for over 50 years, we both agreed, "This was the best hospitality we have ever seen." It was great!"
