“We had an amazing vacation in the Keys and truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very comfortable, the beds were clean, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We also loved the location—it was convenient and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was seeing so many deer around the property, which made the experience even more special. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if guests staying for a week or longer could receive housekeeping service at least twice……

“Usually do not leave reviews but felt this stay needed to be shared with others. The property was clean. Requested housekeeping at 130pm one of the days we planned to be out exploring and returned at 1130pm and the room was cleaned. On the day of checkout, saw multiple charges on our credit card of random amounts. Contacted the resort and they just sent the receipts and said you can compare and we will have our manager call you. Never received a call back from the manager as promised so decided……

“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”

“Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……
