「Love the atmosphere and vibes of this stay. Absolutely obsessed with the spa aroma of this place throughout the stay. I do like the room amenities. The only drawback is that we purchased the breakfast option, the hotel never mentioned in the fine print that the kids breakfast is not included that we have to pay for extra even though we paid for the breakfast option. I have never heard of the kid need to pay extra if the adult pay for the breakfast option already. It is misleading and false...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here.」
