“Amy was a very communicative host. She lives on the property so it’s really easy to get in touch with her. Her place was very cute and homey and had all the amenities that you would need. The location is great- across from Conesus Lake and close to Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park. There were a couple things- 1. a lotttt of spiders and other insects everywhere 2. lockbox was stuck when checking in. Overall, it was a great stay!”

“Beautiful cabin , quiet and we find it very relaxing. Dave is a great host he provided us very warmth hospitality. Hammondsport is a very cute little town and friendly people. Keuka lake is one of the best lakes in the Fingerlakes region. We are planning to come back again.”

“Can’t say enough good things! This was more than just a nice place to stay, it was a whole experience! The property is amazing with spectacular views and beautiful sunsets! Having coffee in the morning on the patio watching their three beautiful horses grazing was magical! The hot tub was luxurious and so relaxing! The hosts were very hospitable! Wonderful experience!”

“Everything was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great communicating everything we would need to know. The beds were comfortable, one evening was very hot upstairs with the bedroom door closed but the next day we ran the A/C unit and put a fan in front of it to pump the cool air into the room and it worked perfectly. It was very clean and we will be back!”

“Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our……

“Great place! Very relaxing! One of the string lights outside wasnt working but its okay. Beautiful area! Would come again.”

“Beware! The photos are AI enhanced for sure. The outside of the property is very run down, no cute landscaping like the photos. Dirty with trash along the side and back yard. The cute back patio in the picture is actually a couple dirty chairs surrounded by weeds. The inside looks similar to the photos with the decor but much smaller and poor craftsmanship throughout. The big back slider doors were dirty, broken, handle falling off. I didn’t even try to open them because of the handle, and they……

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the area and hiking. The cabin was about 40 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and the drive was easy and scenic. We really enjoyed our stay! The unpaved roads added to the adventure rather than being a nuisance. The wildlife was a joy to see, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars at night was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was beautiful, and the bed was super cozy. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for……

“Our group had an amazing time at the property. It had plenty of space for us and everything we needed! We spent so much time enjoying the beautiful, private, lakefront and were even able to rent a boat for a few days to dock at the house. We would love to return.”

“Great place loved everything about it!!looking forward to coming back.”

“Overall the home met our needs.”
