“Service is good, breakfast is excellent. Wifi is slow and disconnect every 5 mins. Due the night time between 1700-2130. It is because, they share with the pub and restaurant guest wifi. When you showers the water sometimes hot and cold. The room is nice.Easy to park.”

“My wife, daughter (2 and a half) and I had a wonderful stay at the Whitebridge Hotel. The hotel had a very authentic, Scottish feel to it and the staff were all lovely. “It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. ”

“If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!”
