“The hotel was in the middle of remodeling so room was nicely remodeled and room was clean. Price of the room was excellent for the location. Location was good for where we were visiting. ”

“Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. Every game in the game room was broken. We got the house dirty and spent a hour just cleaning the oven. There were no extra bath towels and no pool towels at all. We had to buy towels because we did not have enough. ACO management was horrible and did nothing to help. We have stayed in solterra 5……

“The property was very nice and it looked exactly like the pictures. Checking in was very fast and the guards were amazing. The area seemed to be pretty safe and it was very quiet. My only complaint is there were not enough towels to use at this property and we had no choice but to run out to get some at the last minute. That was a great inconvenience since the local Walmart was a ways away from the area. Plus it was an unexpected expense. I think the money we paid for the property should’ve……

“apparently this location is also renting long term and they've had problems with folks not paying. so you get to fill out approximately 7 pages of information such as #1, VIN # on your car??? In case you don't pay they can put a lean on your vehicle!!!”

“parking was the only issue we got you park only -2- cars. needs more parking space if not they towed, overall was perfect. ”

“Great location with amenities. House was clean and well put together. Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping centers. Only a few minor issues: There was supposed to be coffee to gets us started and there was none. The internet went out first night which was required to operate the TVs I reached out about it and never heard back and never got fixed. The propane grill by the pool did not have propane. I reached out and was told I had to provide my own. Pretty silly since they last a very long……

“We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well stocked with items! Pool was great - we didn't use the hot tub but it looked great too! Plenty of room for large families it was just my husband and I so we didn't use all the rooms. Lots to do in the area besides Disney!”

“Walls and floorboards of the house looked like they had never been cleaned. There was black mold growing in the water dispenser of the fridge. And beware you have to pay to heat the “hot” tub. The listing says the pool costs to heat but never specifies that the hot tub also costs to actually be hot. Would not recommend staying here. And my mom stepped on someone else’s toenail in her bathroom because it was poorly cleaned. But outside of property was nice. ”
