「Easy access. Good view. Clean and comfy.」

「Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler...

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「酒店不論大堂及房間很整潔，職員有禮亦主動協助。 唯兩個垃桶均未有套用垃圾袋，清潔員工在退房後相信需要較多時間清理。建議最少洗手間的垃圾桶套用垃圾袋為佳。」

「Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late」
