Service was the key! The staff was extremely helpful with any needs we had throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and modernized. AC in main rooms. Location is walkable (2-3 min) from St. Pancras/Kings Cross stations.

We had a two-room suite. While the secondary bedroom had the AC unit and was quite cool, the main bedroom/kitchenette area was warm —the temperature was inconsistent. Loved the Brita filter for the sink and the complimentary coffee/tea/refrigerated drinks/snacks. Very walkable to local sights, but tucked away enough to be quiet.
