Custom House station, served by both the Elizabeth Line and the DLR, is just a three-minute walk from the door, giving you fast, direct access to the whole of London from the moment you step outside.

A wall-mounted smart television with Netflix is the focal point of the main sitting area, and a stylish hallway mirror reflects the cosiness of the living room beyond. City-themed artwork, a coordinated gold and navy colour palette throughout, and considered finishing touches give the home a character that feels both fresh and grounded.

    The paired yellow wingback armchairs are perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a casual catch-up, or simply taking a moment before heading out into the city. In the evenings, the working fireplace creates a cosy focal point for the group, and with high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix on hand, there is no shortage of ways to wind down at the end of a busy day.


    The Layout

    The home is arranged across two floors and offers a generous, well-considered layout that works equally well for a group of colleagues attending an event as it does for a family on a London break.

    On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is the social heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and all the cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware and wine glasses you could need. A marble breakfast bar with bar stools provides a relaxed spot for morning coffee or a casual meal, while French doors open directly onto the private courtyard patio, making it easy to move between cooking and relaxing outdoors. The marble dining table is set for four and is positioned beside the full-size smart fridge, creating a bright, open dining space with garden views beyond. The kitchen is stocked with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, and a spice rack and cooking basics mean even those who enjoy cooking from scratch will feel well catered for. A washing machine is also available for longer stays or those who prefer to travel light.

    The living room is a striking, welcoming space anchored by bold navy velvet sofas and golden armchairs arranged around the working fireplace and wall-mounted smart television. Two sofa beds are available in the living area for larger groups, accommodating the full capacity of seven guests with ease. A ceiling fan and Ethernet connection are also available for those who need to stay productive.

    Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms each present fresh white linen, hotel-quality towels, and co-ordinating throws and cushions in a warm gold and yellow palette.

    One bedroom also benefits from a dressing table with a trifold mirror, providing a dedicated space to get ready in comfort. Extra pillows and blankets, clothes hangers, and clothing storage are available throughout.

    The family bathroom is a genuine standout, finished in a marble-effect surround with luxury black fittings, a deep soaking bathtub, a black grid shower screen, and a rainfall shower head that brings a boutique hotel feel to your daily routine. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap are all provided.

    Additional features throughout the home include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a safe for storing valuables, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a first aid kit.

    The property is situated on a quiet, safe residential street in Canning Town, one of east London`s best-connected Docklands neighbourhoods. The area sits at the heart of the Royal Docks regeneration zone and offers a genuinely calm, residential feel while keeping guests within easy reach of everything the city has to offer.

    The Royal Docks waterfront is just minutes away on foot and is home to ExCeL London, the Emirates Air Line cable car, and a growing collection of waterside bars and restaurants that make for a great evening out. London City Airport is also accessible on foot or by a short bus or DLR journey, making this an equally practical choice for international business travellers. Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are all within easy walking distance of the property, so everything you need day-to-day is close at hand.

    Custom House station, served by both the Elizabeth Line and the DLR, is just a three-minute walk away and provides fast, direct access across the entire city. Canary Wharf, with its extensive retail, dining and business amenities, is a short Elizabeth Line journey away, and Liverpool Street, Stratford and central London are all well within reach.

    For guests travelling by car, free parking is available on the private driveway for up to two vehicles, including vans.

    Booking Policy

    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

    For stays of 28 nights or more, competitive monthly rates are available with all bills included and regular professional housekeeping provided. Please get in touch with your dates for a tailored quote.


    Cancellation Policy

    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
