For a lower end hotel, it was better than expected. AC worked well (not all do). The common area microwave was a very nice option. Great location by the Paddington Train Station and Underground.

In usual this residence was O.K but bed conditions was not good. In my room bed was tilt too much.Thus i can't sleep well. Except for this problems,all other conditions are O.K with comparing price level.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, it was very close to Paddington station and 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park (we were going to a concert in Hyde Park). We would stay again.

For the price a fab hotel. Easy to get to Paddington and Edgware. Super convenient for Hyde park. Great location and lots of coffee shops etc for breakfast. Have stayed here several times now.

Overall, the structure is very comfortable. The owner, Emma, was very kind upon my arrival and helped me get into the room. The area is extremely convenient to the center and the room was very welcoming. The only negative note was left by some people who were perhaps next to my room or above, who made a lot of noise by playing music and shouting during the night. Overall, apart from this negative aspect—which was due to other guests and not to the property or the owner—everything was positive. If I were to return to London, I would definitely stay here again.
