Positives - very clean & recently refurbed room. Excellent W2 location. Negatives - room is very small even by a 'small double' standard. Air conditioning was difficult to control. Shower gel dispenser was faulty. It was a decent stay from a price perspective. I would stay again but would need a bigger room. If there were two in there it would have been very cosy indeed!

The location was pretty great. It had lots of food options and stores at walking distance. It also has a few tube stations that are very convenient. The room was small but we knew this was the case so we were prepared for it. It did had a weird layout because it had a fire door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and it made the already small space more awkward but we made it work. Although we never used it, it had the option of daily breakfast for a fee which is convenient. The room was clean and the air conditioner was a portable unit that also took space in the room but it kept it cool. We had a good space and the location beat everything else.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location, very friendly staff, clean modern and a nice continental breakfast. The rooms aren’t big but were ideal for us as we spent very little time in our room. Great value for money in a posh part of London. Two underground stations within a 5/10 minute walk from hotel. Local security was visible in this area, not sure if this was anything to do with our hotel but if made the area feel a lot safer. Hyde park Nottinghill and Paddington are a few minutes walk away

Our room was too hot without the AC or too loud with it, in any case impossible to sleep in. The bathroom also had a bad smell. The staff did not seem to care little and shrug their shoulders when we reported the issues. I loved the price and the location but next time I would avoid this hotel.
