I forgot my right-side bud AirPod in the room. I called reception several times and explained the situation, and the staff helped me, even though Find My showed the AirPod's location. When I asked for the staff member's name, I hung up the phone several times. Edi

Whatever the previous reviews regarding cleanliness is all true. Years of Dust collection on the fan, under bed, so hot my kids couldn’t sleep. I get it for the price in central London. But next time better spend a bit more for accomodation.

I had no great expectations from this hotel based on the price and being so close to Paddington Station in London. It turned out to be an excellent choice and I would stay there again. I worried what the area would be like but actually it was fine. I walked from the station at midnight and did not feel anxious. Really good choice if you need to stay close to Paddington because you are leaving early or arriving late.
