「What an amazing beach vacation we had here!!!! One of the most desirable locations, steps to the beach, located in very family friendly quite street. This is my 2nd time staying at this perfect vacation home and it exceeded my expectations as always. Host Molly was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful with everything. 「My husband grew up going to LBI and hasn’t been back in about 15 years. He noted our stay was exactly what he enjoyed about childhood summers - walks on and off the beach, close walk to mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Unit was clean and check/in was smooth. The only negative is that because it is a home behind another, there is no view or outdoor space that feels your own. 」

「Weather was nice so we used the place mainly just for sleeping, family of five was comfortable for a long weekend. It’s in a great location. We arrived at night and had a little difficulty finding the building, you can’t see it from the street and there is more than one 28th street on the island so make sure to go to the one in Ship Bottom. Over all we were comfortable and would stay again! 」

「Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. 」

「Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer!」
