「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

「The resort and appartment was very good. We had a nice view over South China Sea, and a nice balcony. The swimming pool is located next to the sea, and filled with salt water. The Hotel an Resort is mostly used by Vietnamese people, and they are very load! Staff don’t speak English, only some very basic words. We could not get any sightseeing advises, and an external tourist guide also did not speak English. If you go there, only do it for relaxing, as you cannot get advice for exploring the...

「The Suite not totaly cleaned. 」

「takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus. 」

「This property should not be listed on expedia. I found out this is not a hotel but each room owned by different owners. They did not have check in instructions and they dont have a front desk for any help. I never got to check in. There is a contact phone number that does not answer. Thankfully expedia relocation team got me another place to stay but this was a total disaster. Expedia please delist The Song as more people like me will have to suffer.」
