Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.”

“If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!”

“The “breakfast” was disappointing. All high sugar, high carb junk. Otherwise the hotel is nice. Older, but in good condition. I recommend a full length mirror in the rooms for those of us who need to get dressed for events. ”

“Nice hotel on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach, hot tub and fire pit. Extremely clean and well kept, good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate.”
