Christina helped us with checking in. She was wonderful. Very warm, helpful and informative. Hotel may not be friendly five star but Christina’s service was.

Knott's Hotel
Room was clean. Hotel lobby was nice. Restaurant service was terrible. Pretty sure our waiter hated his job. Condensation from the pipes on ceiling were dripping on me and my dinner. I had to move the table myself.
