TV didn’t work, we called for help but no one ever showed up. Called ask for towels and they said I have to come to front desk to get myself. When I get there , they said I needed to bring the old , wet and dirty towel down to exchange myself. Will never ever stay there again

Unpleasant smells
It was sketchy. Kids were running in and out of lobby and begging us for some of our goods, loitering. The room reaked of smoke and old food. Bathroom was gross and smelled worse than a hospital ward. I can feel the bed spring pop when I got up from the bed and my back was in pain the next morning! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Book elsewhere! This place is a dump.
Think twice before booking! The smell of the hotel reeks of marijuana. Bring slippers to wear in your room, the carpets are so badly soiled you don’t want to walk barefoot in your room. Want coffee in your suite? You need to ask for a coffee maker AND cups. Need a hair dryer? You need to ask for it. This hotel must experience a LOT of theft!! The dirt around the room window was so bad you could hardly see the window frame. The cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen area were in high need of replacement they were so badly damaged. Have a pet? Beware because no one picks up after their pets outside. Dog poop everywhere!! Never again will I consider staying at this hotel location.

The property was not accurately displayed online. The hallways smelled like incense and the inside of the room like maple syrup with other smells. The carpet was stained and dirty. Poor - even for a budget hotel
TL;DR version: even for a budget hotel, this place fell short of the mark. Details: Kitchenette - but no cookware or plates and utensils in unit. Yes, I can request at the front desk, but why make me go to the trouble when a hold is placed on my card? Housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks. That wasn’t clear upon reservation - only on check in. No coffee in room - just downstairs in the morning. Complimentary grab-n-go breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars. That was it. No fruit for takeaway. Nothing else. Oh, on the final day they had muffins. Not the first 2 days. Bed was horrible. There were springs broken or something as it sunk when I sat on the edge of the bed, to the point that the bed was basically uneven. Towels were ratty with threads coming off. Soap provided, but no shampoo. Oh, and my floor smelled like fish. Not old rotting fish, but like someone had been cooking fish in their microwave. Every. Day. That’s just what’s fresh in my mind as I write this. I’m sure there were other issues. My advice: steer clear. Pay the extra to stay elsewhere if you’re able to afford it.
