The house is modern clean and private. The neighborhood is great. A mall 10 min walk away has plenty of food and even a small dog park. I will definitely stay here again. Nice beds and TV’s in every room and nice small touches like coffee and snacks provided. Great stay

This property was more than we expected! I stayed with family and we all enjoyed the stay here. Spacious rooms and outdoor areas. Short walk to a nice shopping center with gym and market. Quiet neighborhood and ample parking. The host was very accommodating and made us feel cared for.

We had an amazing stay with a perfect location for our activities. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a couple of issues one of which was self induced. Management was extremely responsive and fixed our issues or walked us through right away. I would 100% come back! Lovely house!

Very comfortable space. We all had our own bathrooms and they provided everything we would need. They had coffee, snacks, etc in the kitchen and toiletries such as shaving kits and toothbrushes in the bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everything went smoothly with check in. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood was clean and safe to walk around in. Would definitely stay there again when I visit my daughter in North Hollywood.

As first-time visitors to Los Angeles, we were unsure of where to stay. We selected this property primarily due to its convenient location and overwhelmingly positive reviews, and it certainly did not disappoint. The house was recently refurbished, impeccably clean, and offered excellent security. A notable feature was the automatic, movable gate for the driveway, which added an extra layer of convenience. The provided remotes allowed us to easily open and close the gate without leaving our vehicle. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the thoughtful extras, such as detergent, shampoo, garbage bags, etc enhanced our stay. The property’s proximity to the interstate and main thoroughfares made traveling around the city effortless. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this listing near Universal Studios Hollywood. The property ordered plenty of room for our family, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Its proximity to Universal Studios was incredibly convenient, saving us valuable travel time. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The owners were exceptional with their communication, promptly answering all our questions and checking in via message periodically to see if we needed anything. The house was new, beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. The management was very responsive to our every need. Price was reasonable. We especially like the rooftop outdoor space, but did not get much chance to use it during the Palisades and Eaton fires.The neighborhood in NoHo is slightly edgy, but centrally located to many sites throughout Los Angeles. I recommend the installation of a dishwasher.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean. The location was great. Neighborhood was quiet. We loved the shopping center that was very close by. We ate dinner at 3 of the restaurants there. There is nothing I would change at all. If we are ever in LA again, this is our return spot.

Beautiful home, immaculately kept, close to everything we wanted to visit. Communication was easy with host for any questions we may have. Washer and dryer on site was a plus. We always felt very safe and had a wonderful time.

We had a little problem getting in, but called the management and was given directions. Once inside the house we were more than pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, the linens were soft, there was adequate amounts of towels. There was no dish soap. The gate never closed. We would definitely stay here next time in North Hollywood!
