Architecturally Stylish Bay House - steps to the sandy shore and water. Loads of light fill the open floor plan with easy flow to outdoor seating- lounge or eat. Walk, bike, kayak nearby.

Each bedroom is furnished in basic coastal theme. Master has balcony & water views. Relax in the outdoor seating and watch the boats go by in the marina stadium.

The kitchen has supplies for creating a meal at home or crafting favorite cocktails. Plenty of seating indoor or outside where BBQ and counter space is accessible.
This property is adjacent to Seal Beach and the well known 2nd Street area - Fantastic location to shop, dine or beach fun. Over 40 restaurants, nearby shopping centers, views of the marina and boats and Mother's Beach.
