On the private balcony, you will find a propane grill and a small table so you can dine alfresco. There is also an indoor gas fireplace if you want to snuggle up on the couch and get cozy on those breezy winter nights. With our high speed (1 Gig) WI-Fi and two smart TVs, you can comfortably work and stay connected from home during your stay.

-Beach towels are located in the guest room, along with extra bath towels.

-Linens and towels are provided as well as starter pack of toiletries, cleaning supplies and paper products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, all purpose cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels).
- You're provided all kitchen supplies to cook and eat/drink from home! (pots, skillets, Dutch oven, sauté pan, baking pans, cooking utensils, strainer, measuring cups and spoons, Tupperware and storage containers, can opener, plates, bowls, cups, stemless wine glasses, cutting boards, oven mitts, wine opener, blender, drip coffee machine and french press)
-On the balcony, there is a propane tank grill. Please clean after use and make sure the gas is turned off when you leave the property.

-A pet has to be approved by property management. Please inquire.
-This unit allows for 3 free parking spots. Two compact tandem spots on RIGHT side in garage (or one SUV) then one parking spot in the drive way behind it. This is extremely rare in the area! Please keep in mind, the LEFT side of the garage is for the downstairs unit (this is the only shared space.)
