“Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. But a couple of things were lacking, for a room that can sleep up to 6 guests, there were only enough towels for 3 guests and the room has a sofa bed but there wasn't sheets and pillows for it.
