“This property was very clean and cozy, with handsome interior woodwork. Very quiet and the bed was comfortable with warm linens. The property could use exterior lighting by the entrance (perhaps with a motion sensor?); we arrived in the evening and it was pitch dark. “This was the second time staying, and it was still an amazing experience. One thing was that the big standing fan we used last time for air circulation was broken, but the little one worked well enough to make us comfortable. There was also hair clogging the shower before we arrived, which had to be cleared for the shower to drain. Overall experience was still good apart from these two things. ”

“I would not recommend this place to friends and family. The day of, the host sent us a surprise message about paying an additional {daily} amenity fee if we actually want to use all the amenities listed! This is not a hotel. Which is obvious because the toilet RUNS for hours; the shower ceiling has extensive water damage from a poorly done “upgrade”, resulting in not only bubbled paint and potential mold, but a stream of cold water running out of one those bubbles a good four inches away from……

“Host (Rod) was very responsive and considerate, alerting us of updated items/upcoming events. Location was excellent, very walkable with good grocery/food options. Amenities were just what we needed. Having an extra bedroom was super helpful for 3 adults in one space and the common/living room area was both room and comfy. Would definitely stay again, especially for longer DC stay and if wanting to avoid going out for every meal. Thanks Rod and Gabrielle! ”

“Wonderful location and great apartment. Our biggest problem was that we needed more than one key but the property refused to give us a second key. We also needed to amend our reservation, but unfortunately our messages via the Expedia portal went unanswered.
