“Nice!near the beach!”

“super Disappointed with our stay. Many things the hotel promotes are not a reality. Cribs are not available, only pack and plays. The one provided to us was broken and was never replaced despite multiple requests for it to be replaced. We could never get fresh towels and the room was consistently dirty with sand all over the floor and trash left in the room. The staff was not helpful at all and often seemed confused when asked questions. We had someone who checked in every day during our stay……

“Very poor ventilation causing the floor to get wet with humidity. I fell as a result. There was also no working ice machines.”

“This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine.”

“Grand old property but not well maintained. If old and antiquated is your goal, this is the place. Wonderful courtyard. Convience to downtown, walking distance to new city civic center”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent”
