「I love the lobby ，so classic ，so unique！」

「I had an early flight into the city and even though check in time was 3PM they worked to get me in much earlier. It was much appreciated since I was traveling with my dog. I see a lot of complaints about the room size yet the hotel lists the square footage. The rooms are small but nice. I did opt to upgrade to the suite for part of my stay and it didn’t disappoint. Only feedback I’d give is the rooms could use full length mirrors and grab and go breakfast options (fruit, pastries) for those that...

「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」

「The rooftop bar is truly the star of this NYC hotel. The view is absolutely incredible. I enjoyed the lobby area although when we first arrived the sofa was dirty but it was later cleaned. The rooms were clean and efficient. Overall it is a unique and comfortable place to stay for a few days. 」

「Breakfast is charged. Generally, 4-star hotels provide free breakfast. It is very noisy at night. The disco music on the 15th floor is very loud and the sound insulation is not good」
